Seriously, the answer is "Original Green Palmolive".  put it on the stain(works better if fabric is dry, but you can also soak stains in hot water with palmolive(not recommended for cotton) overnight and then treat and wash).  It really does get everything out.  Check your stains before drying, if it hasn't quite come out, let fabric air dry and treat again.
