I have some great handbag designs - how do I go about getting them manufactured and marketed to high-end retailers??

start showing them.. write letters to your retailer but before doing this.. make sure you have your copywrites to your logo and handbags... so that no one steals your idea...
that way its on paper...

if they are cute designs, you should start carrying them and have your friends carry them. this way your bags get around by word of mouth, and hopefully reaches someone who wants to manufacture them. but it's unlikely that you'll get them manufactured by high end retailers immediately.
