the stains come from my black jeans.. the colour runs off onto anything. my handbag is white. HELP

if its leather use lotion...it can take any stain out.

try "oxy-clean" and follow directions on container.

It may sound crazy but you can also try hairspray. It works on pen ink really well, and I have had success with it on other things as well. I like the big old can of Aquanet (From the 80's big hair days...) I don't know if the pump sprays will work as well. Just make sure to wash it off with water when you are done so your bag isn't sticky...
